Getting booking.com reservations into my PMS without a channel partner

Is there a way that booking.com can push reservations to me via XML or other method? This is for my property. I have my own PMS and looking for a way to integrate my PMS with bookings.com.

I am also interested to know this.

Can you connect your PMS directly to Booking.com without a channel manager?

We only advertise on Booking.com so don't want to pay for an expensive channel manager.

We wish to use a PMS only to manage staff, set rates and send email templates to guests.
