Yes as mentioned by many here , contact support team or message finance tea mto have it enabled or you will leave foe a competitor OTA.

 

Your only other option is to have them use VCC where they take prepayment and you sign up with sumpup.com or payrexx.com for a virtual terminal.

 

alternatively cash on arrival but that never suits 99% of us.
