We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

History of our booking from January, 2018 till date

This is to inform you of our booking history from January till date, also just to let you know that most of the booking is either No Show or cancelled by guest, we have just received only one guest booked on 31 January 2019 with booking number: [removed], arrive on 3 February,2019 and checkout by 5 February, 2019.

All the remain as of today date was No Show and cancelled.

Kindly let us know how to pay our commision for only one booking that arrived this February.

I tried to send message through our Extranet, not going thru, also we call their contact number and said the number was not assigned to them anymore

Oh my God! -Doubleonesuites sorry to hear that. It is much frustrating when you cannot get help from BDC. What do you mean your message is not going through Extranet???
