How to avoid cancellations
I have just got a msg from Booking.com about "how to reduce cancellations at your property". I will tell booking how to reduce cancellations: let parteners set their own cancellation policy (not imposing the booking's policy) or at least make harder options, for instance, If you cancel, your downpayment will be kept for future booking. You don't get it back nor loose, but you may use it in future bookings. As easy as it is the existing options, it becomes an incentive to book and cancell later.
