How to boost business in a small property with a constraint on amenities

Need help to boost sales in our 11 room property through booking.com. The property is a little into a residential area. It has a roof-top restaurant and a very small gym other than the rooms.

The frequency of bookings through booking.com is minimal and i would be grateful for any suggestions.

PN: The policies and rates on our extranet is fair enough.

I have the same problem with only 5 self catering apartments the bookings from Booking.com is almost non existent. Property name Awali Lodge

Try new pictures, answer your reviews, put in a special and make sure your rooms are open for selling

All reviews answered, you can only run so many specials. Adding new photos when nothing has changed does not make sense.

Dear priyadarshini,

I took few minutes and went on www.booking.com to check your property and then I explored Bengaluru and there you can see what properties are selling "better" than yours. I can see couple of them that are also 15-20 kilometers from the center but are different than yours in a way: they are in Preferred program, have genius discount and the prices vary in a normal range - but some properties that are more attractive than yours (newly built, have more amenities) have the same price as you. If I were you I would spend 20-3- minutes daily as a suest on www.booking.com to see from their point of view what would you book.

It would be useful to do some promotions just that the guest can see the price in red color on booking page :)
