We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Increasing visibility

Hi 

 

Does anyone know how to improve visibility by having more rates, policies and rooms to book. I have one standard rate that I change depending on the policies, but how do I always ensure that I am visible in search results even if the property is booked ?

Lee Haury Have you visited your Opportunities tab? You can use visibility booster by raising commission.

This is a challenge we face as we are in a region where there is no tourism for 4 months, we have noticed when we are closed we are not visible. As soon as we open the bookings come in.
Must be something to do with web site algorithms.

If you increase the commission, it will work. I think it's the way.

My property is also closed for six months but I receive reservations for the summer months. So maybe you should use your booster visibility...
