My property is not being listed properly

My listing does not show that I have dorm rooms available under the listings page when the number of guests selected is 2 when doing a search. When the number of guests is selected as 1 or more than 2 when conducting a property search, then my listing in the listings page will show that I have dorm rooms. 

How do I have my listing show that I have dorm rooms when a search is done under the selection of 2 guests?
