My suite rooms are not listed

When I open my hotel's page on booking.com, the suites available do not show up...I'm wondering ..why.

Well, I'd say check the basics first. Is your property verified? Are you live? Do you have rooms open?

Once you check those, you can check deeper.

Thank You...yes the property is verified and live...even if I don't have suites available for today I have a deluxe suite available for tomorrow..but when I check the availabilty using the booking.com calendar...I cannot see that room.

Oh no. So then you need to make sure the rate category is correctly loaded, the unit is open with a price.

So did you check you Rates under Rates and availability? Did you check on your calendar that the prices are loaded there?

If all these are good, then I suggest phoning a friend at Booking.com.

Hello

It seems to me that I have the same problem. If I go to my calendar, the units that are not listed, are in yellow - is it no room/price?

How do edit my calendar?

It says "XML" at the top right on calendar - what does this mean?

Please assist.

Hey Info,

I'm stumped. XML doesn't appear on mine. Maybe you have a channel manager? Or you are logged into the wrong site?
