Only 1 Room Left

I couldn't understand why I was getting so few bookings suddenly from Booking.com. Then a couple arrived and said that they really wanted a double  but were told I had only a twin left, I put them in a vacant double. I checked with other owners and found they were having the same problem. I spoke to a Booking.com employee and it seems that you now have to repeat all the information in the exranet that you have with your Channel Manager or they will only list one room. So owner/managers if you want more bookings check your reservations calendar, you might get a nasty surprise. Denise Ramage
