Our property listed under another company

We have two properties listed for Panorama Sarovar Portico. One is listed by us. Another is listed by unknown user from Nairobi. The Nairobi user has sent a customer to us a number of times. Payment goes to Nairobi user and the guest comes to us. When we ask the guest, the guest will tell us that payment was done earlier. 

How can I remove the false property listed by a third party?

I did a search just now and did not get two properties with the same name.

Either way if the guest did not book with you, I would simply not accept them. The guest, who I assume will book also with booking.com will then report it to them to get the refund, false property removed etc.
