We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Preferred partner eligibility button not working

Hello everyone,

I seem to fulfil all the different criteria to become a preferred partner, however when I click on the button to check the eligibility it takes me to a sign in form which brings me to my property.

Nothing else is displayed even if I am already signed in.

Is there anything I can do to check eligibility?

Hey there,

Thanks for asking.

If you go to Opportunities then the Preferred Partner link should be there to follow. 

If you are not eligible if will tell you bottom left. 

If you are already a member, it will state so in bold letters at the top.
