You seem to believe this is direct to BdC and support staff.

 

It is not.

 

Its literally called Partner Community. so it is surprising how more and more people keep making this mistake.

 

No support staff will see or reply  to this.

 

You must do it yourself, i.e. use Partner Help below and phone them.
