Property Page Score

hallo everyone. Just joined the community, I did not know this existed.

I am having an issue with the property page score, originally my score was 99% because something was missing in "Answer questions about your top facilities"

I checked, everything seemed to be fine and everything ticked, exited and another item was added to the list and score dropped to 98%: "Add the Most Popular Amenities"

well anytime I try to fix them there is another item that gets added when I save, likely the other items I can either add another picture or tweak something and get fixed, but these two items keep showing as incomplete. now my score has further dropped to 96%. 

even my market manager is unable or unwilling to reach the technical team, pointing out several other hotels are experiencing the same issue and has suggested to reach out in this channel

if anybody has managed to solve this technical glitch I would appreciate it if you would share it with me

Sorry to hear about your struggles....

I have noticed lately that my property score in the dashboard home tab is 99%  when I click the button learn more it says your property score is 100%???

Dont understand why??? perhaps another bug???

I think I am gone report it to BDC through my Extranet inbox... maybe you should do that same thing...

thanks for the understanding and suggestion.

I have already reported it a few times to our market manager who has forwarded it with no success to the back end team.

If I can bother you for some more details, which page of the extranet are you suggesting to report it to? is it the inbox where we receive messages about disputes and invoices? thanks

Raimondo, yes I mean the Inbox for messages to booking.com.
