We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Public transport

We regularly get asked about the availability of public transport. There is a very efficient bus service very close to us; how do we show this? The tags do not list a bus service.

If you think that taxi is not your such the good way to travel as budget you've, please use the BTS sky train with your google map for the closer time and save transport cost. After you go to BTS nearby your destination, then take a taxi in finally. This is the best way to save your cost and time in Bangkok.

Patint You can add this information on fine print note. Or add photo of bus service on your property photo.

I have done both of these but I still do not understand why Booking.com do not provide a 'Bus service' tag for transport to and from the airport and to the surrounding areas.
