Setting up and opening for booking - when my calendar page says I am closed for bookings?

I need to change the info on my account as it repeatedly says - closed/unavailable for bookings but it IS available and I keep changing it and it reverts to unavailable. I've written to booking but still no s[response after 5 days.Help!

Call booking they are very helpful on phone. The odd time you get someone who doesn't know. Just try again.

sorry can't do that - as booking.com are based in US ??? I'm in UK? Or do you have a UK number I could call?
