There is a bug in the inbox of one of my hotels. There is a message which is sent to us in May. Even if I opened and replied the messages, the red dot never disappeared.
How can I solve this problem?

There is a bug in messages tab and BDC is trying to fix it.
Please notify BDC by sending a message through your Extranet inbox.
Hopefully BDC will fix it.
