Dear Mansor,

Depending on your location, it will take time to get the envelope containing the code.

They just sent it yesterday, chill out! Wait at least a week or two, again, depending on your location.

I go on my accound there is "We need to confirm the location of your place because we want to create a safe and secure website for everyone. We sent you a unique code by mail on Feb 17, 2019." but no email with code. And is urgent. Thank you

I have added my property 2 month ago and still not received any code . I have clicked three times on you slogen (I haven't received my code yet) . it already taken 2 Month .

Season is going to be start and we already loosing the bookings through your esteemed portal. We request us to guide how to active / live / Bookable our property on your portal .
