How to only use room only for booking at the moment

Hi just trying to find out how we can use only room only when people book, have both set up ie book with breakfast or book room only under the situation at the moment we think its best to uses room only but don't now how to set it up.

Simply disable, it in rate plan and disable meals, breakfast under facilities and services.
