ANONYMOUS REVIEWS KILLING HOTEL REPUTATION SHOULD BE FORBIDDEN

anonymous reviews, sometimes without any comment, just 2.5,25, 2.5 etcetera are the hotels the sniper attack by excellence. Booking,.Com allows these snipers to slander your hotel. You cannot trace them, but Booking,Com says they know their whereabouts and allow them continuation of slander reviews. This is the most dirty form of review and should immediately be removed. Giving a platform to slander is collaborating with slander. Please let know your experiences.

It is absurd that a so called partner of the hotelsector allows this. I know of cases where the writers were discovered and sued. Successfully. I would sue as well booking.com. Unacceptable practice.

Why should anybody be allowed to write a review under "Anonymous"! It will be the same guest that said everything was amazing to your face at check out and then slate you online behind a mask. Stop this rubbish of allowing Anonymous reviews!

Completely agree with you all but as you know booking.com is Dutch and the dutch don't like conflicts. Booking.com needs to end this anonymous reviews as this does tremendous damage to a property rental owners business. As I have said some guests are awkward from the start and do have it in for you or they could be a rival business.

i totally agree with this ...if you have something to complain about leave your name. However booking.com will never stop this. because it is not in their interest and so we have to lump it.
