Change of management of property

Greetings fellow hospitality brethren,

I have a few queries that need urgent attention. My family owns a hotel that is currently listed on but it is under the management of another company. They take a cut for acting as our channel manager but we run the hotel on our own. However, our listing is also handled by them (Our property is Hotel Milarepa, Kathmandu, Nepal. We're working with OYO, so we're listed as OYO 131 Hotel Milarepa).

My question is if we decide to remove them from our business and simply become Hotel Milarepa and run the entire show on our own, will we lose all our guest reviews or is there a way to keep our guest reviews? Do let me know.

Dear Thamel?,

Whenever you change the ownership of the account, the reviews will disappear. As it will not reflect the same property as before.
