Do you talk to your guests?

I'm a bit old fashioned in that way. I phone people, before they arrive, try to text them on the day of checkin and then the morning of checkout. If I have time, I will also call during their stay, to see how they are doing. We also help guests with tickets to MovieWorld, SeaWorld etc and that is a great conversation starter ...Hope this helps!

This is great advice. Not old fashioned at all, and I believe there's a place for using all the modern up to the minute technology while at the same time doing the tried, trusted and genuine service people love to receive, but only half expect.
Personal attention. Nothing else comes close.
