Extremely Happy Guests

We have been welcoming guests from all over the world for the past 4 years, & still enjoy meeting the new ones. It never ceases to amaze us where they come from, & how they find our corner of Paradise. The reviews from our happy guests is what attracts them.

The first & the most important thing is the welcome your guest receive when they arrive. Always have there names correct, as it will put them at ease instantly, & a smile on your face.

My husband loves to google a welcome message in the guests language, which always makes them laugh, especially his accent.

As we are a Bed & Breakfast, both of these things should be the best you can offer. As we are in a tropical environment, we offer the local fruit as a specialty, prepared so they can sample all the wonderful exotic flavours they do not get at home. Home made pastry, pancakes & muffins are always a hit.

We have paid extra attention to the bed so they are Sealy Posturepedic's, & ergonomically correct to support the back. As well they have soft cushion toppers, so it is a firm but cloud like finish, & everyone loves them.

Keeping every where clean is a must, a lot of work but it is so important. Look at everything & make sure it is how you would like it to be. If you can see a spot,  or something out of place, the guests can see it too.

Always be available for any questions, we are now experts on the activities & adventures that are available in our area We listen to what the guest is looking for & we can use our local knowledge & advise them what is suitable for them.

Above all enjoy what you do, as this will show in your actions, have fun, we certainly do.
