guest reviews

I have 2 guests wanting to make reviews, but they have both said that booking.com has not sent an email!

this is a new apartment so I am eager to get my rating, any suggestions

Well, they can log into their Booking account and they will see the Notification to leave the review. 

 

Many hosts here say that guests "did not receive any emails". Booking automatically sends them. It's the guest who does nothing about it.

Hi Katerinka12, you are so right..it happened to me also. I called my BDC local office and the support team resend the email to guests urging them to leave a review and they did.

Sometimes we need a little push in our lives....
