How do you cope with "Royalty"?
And by "Royalty" I mean the guests who expect your 3* establishment to treat them with 5* service and then still ask for a discount.
We have had a couple of experiences where guests expect room service. One guest expected a separate duvet, one for him and one for his wife on their shared bed. Another complained that they were cold but did not bother to look in the cupboard for extra blankets.
I sometimes find that guests can be really demanding just because they can.
