Making your guest feel good, great reviews, and repeat bookings.

Think about what you would like when you travel, and apply that to your guests.

If it is a 3 bedroom cottage or a 300 bed hotel, some one to meet and greet is very important.

Do not be afraid to give some small surprise gift away, other than the normal stuff  that you would expect in a short term rental.

Be aware of what your competitors are doing so that you can be ahead of them with more bookings, due to the quality of your accommodation, good reviews and ratings.
