Our success is based on very simple notions. Act as if you were the guest yourself. In Maltese we say 'wear the same shoes of the guest'.
When you are a guest, you know what to expect, therefore act accordingly even if you are the host.

Be humble! Servant! Honest! Reliable! Understanding! On the other hand keep the adequate balance after all you are the manager/owner and know your resources, capabilities and resources.
