overbooking by Booking.com

I have my property synchronised across a few platforms including Bookings.com. I have found on 2 occasions that though  reserved dates on another platform are showing up on the Bookings site nevertheless Bookings.com permit the reserved date to be overridden or partly overridden by a customer reserving on Bookings.com site. Communication of the problem to Bookings.com on the Inbox then remain unanswered for too long
