Thief goves bad reviews

Hi. I had to vent somewhere so had to post. Had a guest turn up at 8 pm , go straight to her room , get up and leave in the morning early with one of my towels. It was so early that I did not check the room properly. I didn't mind her stealing the towel so much but then she gave me a 5 out of 10, passable review with no comments.

Ask BDC to remove the negative review. They should be able to do that. via Help desk, or Inbox in your extranet.

Hah! BDC remove a negative review.....NO CHANCE!

You can report the guest for "misconduct" though. May not achieve anything except a little self satisfaction "poke in the eye" style.

Thanks fluff. That is bad news. BDC have to change that. If other OTA's can, they can!
