The best forum advice you received in 2018

Thank you to everyone who's already joined our December Introduce Yourself conversation. I noticed that many community members commented on how helpful the forum has been for them. Even if you've just been here a short while, it'd be great if you could share what advice has really made a difference for you.

It could be as simple as a changing an Extranet setting or updating your main property photo. Or perhaps you revised your cancellation policy or implemented a welcome letter template after reading what other partners have shared. Remember:  if it was helpful for you, it might be helpful for someone else too.

Let's hear from you! Share the most helpful piece of advice you've learned from the forum in the comments below.

Exactly michael not one but many good advices from partners with huge experience in Travel Hospitality Industry.

As a newbie I have benefit so much from all of you. Following suggestions made here in forum urged me to redecorate my Studio, thus replacing my photo album with better pictures. Even cleaning tips and ideas how to clean linen and mess from furniture. Payments, cancellations, policies etc. have been explained in details.

So many advices its impossible to remember, I am learning everyday. It makes me feel as if I am a student...

Thank you again fellow partners for sharing and caring....

Laura hope you like white vinegar as I like it. It keeps odors away and cleans in so many ways.
May your home be filled with joy and love this Christmas season!

54 properties! Quite a bit to manage, but it sounds like you have some expertise in this department. Could be an idea for a new topic?

Wishing both you and Rita a lovely New Years Eve in Australia. You'll get to see 2019 before many of us :)

Thanks Laura...........Yes !! its a lot but we have been managing these properties for 10 years now...........so Problems come and go and we just have to fix the issues BUT most people are very very nice and I guess if you take maybe (5%) as problem people ( late arrivals/messy guests/noisy/complaining).its pretty good..

We have a BBQ planned for New Years Eve with 10 friends at our home and the Pool and Wine/Beer is All ready, come over one day you would Love Aussie I am sure.
