Partner Forum FAQs
Welcome! To get the most out of this community, start here.
The Partner Forum is a peer-to-peer space for partners to connect with one another from around the world. Here you can share what you’ve discovered as a Booking.com partner - anything from email templates to iron tips.
This is also a space where you can ask for such tips. We encourage you to be open and clear about what you’re trying to achieve when seeking advice.
Can anyone post on the forum?
Anyone can read the forum, but you must be a Booking.com partner to post, comment, like or follow.
Why didn’t my post show up?
We have a filter designed to automatically detect spam, however legitimate posts can often be caught too.
If your post contains sensitive information (for example, guest confirmation number) or profanity, these words will be edited out and the rest of the post will remain intact.
If your post is removed for violating the community guidelines, you will receive a notification email alerting you of this.
What’s a vote and how do I give it?
Has a member shared a great piece of advice? Do you agree with their idea? Then say thanks by awarding a thumbs up. You find the thumbs up button beside the username and profile photo in each reply or post.
How can I manage my email notifications?
Add notifications by clicking the Follow button while browsing any forum thread or topic. You can unfollow a thread or topic either by clicking again on the button (to ‘unfollow’) or unsubscribing through the link in your email notification. If you start a post or reply to an existing post, you’ll automatically be enrolled to receive email updates.
Who is Ilaria?
Hello, I am the community manager of this space and my role is to help you get the most out of your time spent here.
- Posting questions to trigger conversations and advice sharing in the community
- Featuring posts from other partners with topics that might drive a helpful discussion
- Marking my own comment as official, which moves it to the top of the thread and adds an ‘official’ tag to it.
- Marking a post as answered, to save other member’s time and give the helper a big thumbs up.
- Suspending forum access for members who repeatedly spam or abuse the community.
How can I get in touch with Booking.com?
If your question can’t be answered by another partner, please send a message through your Extranet inbox or find your contact number.
How do I update my profile and photo?
Why has a thread been closed for comments?
Based on the feedback we received from the community, we began archiving older posts to make it easier for partners to get access to more relevant and recent content, or to start a new conversation.
Archived posts are always available to view and still appear in search results.
