I have accommodated guests from July 2019 who have paid through booking.com, till this day I am still waiting for payments as I have not received even one payment for my property. 

 

I have made a lot of call and I am told the same story "you call will be forwarded to finance department".

There is two contact teams , support via Inbox, booking.com Contact Us, and the Finance team details under Finance > financial overview, bottom right section .
