About accepting foreigners as a guest
Today, one foreigner guest booked our hotel. We do not currently accept the guest who comes from foreign countries due to instructions of Ministry of Hotels and Tourism. We did send him a message to cancel the reservation but no reply from him. What can we do with that? Thanks.
