About accepting foreigners as a guest

Today, one foreigner guest booked our hotel. We do not currently accept the guest who comes from foreign countries due to instructions of Ministry of Hotels and Tourism.  We did send him a message to cancel the reservation but no reply from him. What can we do with that? Thanks.




  1. Notify guest of intent. Done. 
  2. Open the reservation details page, on right pane menu,  click Request cancellation. 
  3. Choose option 1
  4. System notifies guest to acknowledge. 
  5. Guest clicks link in notification 
  6. If prepaid rate, system processes full refund over 10 days.
  7. System updates reservation status to cancelled.
