*** This guest not stay our villa. booking.com send us invoice. we are new partner so that time we do not know how to cancle that. that time our area unsafe with (covid 19)  so we need cancle this invoice.

It is just a No Show that was not marked.

 

You can simply use the Finance Menu > Reservations , and tick the box for that one to Dispute it and update its status.

 

Or simply message BdC Support with the reference and why it should be marked No Show.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
