About cansellation reservation

I need to cancel the reservation from 04-07.February *** ***,because the guest has not confirmed or paid for the reservation





  1. Reservation Confirmation is automatic from when they book. It is what you agreed to when you signed up.
  2. Default there is no prepayment, unless you request it, they instead pay on arrival.


Have you actually got a method to receive remote payments?

If you already set up Xtranet for prepayment directly and auto message template tell the guest how to prepay, and they have not with in a fixed time window, then go ahead and cancel it.

open the reservation details page, click request cancel, then option 1.



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
