   Signature by Thilanka, ID 4040525 - Hotel is very new for Booking.Com and still I studing how to use your site online. Because I have a little knowledge about computers. And I apologize from my heart..

 

   When the bookings messages comes I try to message & speak to my clients, because if they heed airport shuttle service. I want to arrange but every time I can't message or call speak to them. All the telephone numbers are incorrect.  

 

   All the bookings not arrived to the hotel. If you can, please check with those clients.

 

   I promised you again if clients not arrived to hotel, I definitely press the noshow button before 24 hours.. 

 

   Very sorry for my failure and please correct my Invoices. Your favorable reply is highly

appreciated.
