I am getting a lot of no shows for that i Have activated a Non Refunbdable policy but need to know how does that work?

A non refundable rate means exactly that.

 

The only exception is when BdC offers a Risk Free upgrade giving the guest free cancelation, then BdC takes on the responsibility of replacing them and in event of no replacement for some or all dates they cover the rate for those dates.

 

Its a win win.
