About my cancelled and no show bookings and the money regarding that...?

In the first month of my business....I had 4 or 5 cancellations and no show bookings ........since all of them had to pay me either 50 % or full in no show cases.......where is that money.....?...when will booking.com pay me that money .....or how do I get that....?

so many get caught out on this, if you are defaulting to pay on arrival , then you will never get anything.

 

Guest Pay policiy in extranet needs to be set to Prepay, and you need to set yourself up to take payments or have BdC do it for you.

 

THen and only then will BdC have funds from guest to then enforce the cancel policy you set up.

 

 


 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
