Good day,im just new in this site and joining my property,i would like to ask some question.My guest book the apartment using there credit card and i never get money from them after there arrival cause they told me they pay already before they arrived in booking.com,my question is,how long can i get my money in your site?thank you for the reply.

Unless the reservation details page say prepaid to BdC, (Online Payments or Payments By Booking)  they were lying.


Also as a new partner by default if you have never signed up to either BdC Payment program I just mentioned, then it is always Guest pays you directly (prepaid or on arrival).


Contact BdC PartneR support to confirm the payment if you cant figure that out so they can show you how it works, etc.


If you do have BdC Online Payments enabled, then you just need to signup for a suitable 3rd party service to charge the VCC under the reservation details page, which becomes active 1 day after check-in date.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
