About my restarting bookings on booking.com

Sir/ Ma'am 

Our property was closed 15-20 before on booking.com  because we were not paid invoices .  Now we paid the invoices but can you tell me please when we can start to get new bookings on booking.com.

Please help us to get new bookings as soon as possible.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Hadass,

 

You will need to get in contact with Credit Control if your listing is still closed due to invoices unpaid. Please send them a message via the Extranet > Inbox tab > Booking.com messages and let them know you have paid all invoices. It would be good to reference any receipts for each payment and dates you had made payment so it's easier for them to allocate to your listing.
