About pass virtual card from November 2018
I was calling to the number +525522821777 like the Support Team send to me today, but it was impossible to speak to anybody inclusive, I tried to speak in English, but the man don't pay attention and handle down the phone. I'm disagree with all this situation.
Look like no person want to resolve the problem I have.
Here is my history, I was a guest in the past November 30 to December 3, 2018 with the name ***. Number ID ***
For differents reasons, I forgot to charge it, now, I'm asking for to change the virtual card number and active the card for to receive the money for this reservation from Booking.com. But It was impossible, I was writing in my extranet but no body reply the correct answered..... what can I do??
This is my money and I need it.
