About the virtual credit card

Hello I have a booking and there standing that the client payed 

I received a virtual credit card it’s available from tomorrow but there standing 0 € 

and i need to get 44,20 

did my client payed or not ?

and why there standing 0 € and not 44,20 ? 




Wait until the VCC is active  day after the arrival date, if not working at 12 noon, contact Partner Support by phone

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
