Accepting cash payments

how do I accept cash payments, at the property. I can’t seem to see the option anywhere to accept payment at the property

Hi Sean, 

by default when you setup, its exactly  that, direct payment with guest or other arrangements you specify in the message template for new reservation.

 

So that means on arrival in cash.

Given the current climate thats a terrible idea, so sending them 1 or more payment methods , payment link after booking, with a  time limit of at least 24h, is what you should do instead .

 

 

or apply for Payments By Booking , and they handle it all for you at time of booking, and later  pay out by bank transfer.

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
