1. Remove all numbers (phone, booking etc) and email addresses.  
2. Write out all of your questions in plain english, as there are none above. If needed use https://translate.google.com  
3. One of the questions is hinted as  : 'How can I confirm a guest address?' 
   1. You cannot really unless you try to use https://maps.google.com.  
   2. All you can do is open Property > Policies, go to Guest Requirements. Enable the requirement.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
