Adding an extra to a booking.

Can anyone help....a guest has requested a breakfast add on to an existing booking but I can't see anyway of adding the cost to the overall price.

if you actually have such an option defined then you can just ask partner support to enable it.


If they cannot or you dont have it defined. Then handle it directly with guest. reminder: commission applies to the entire amount too.




Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
