Adjustment of refunded amount

Last month I paid full invoice amount but for some bookings I filed for dispute and got another invoice with negative amount(equal to dispute amount). Now I have received new invoice of the current month but the disputed amount havn't been adjusted in this. I want to know how this disputed amount will be adjusted ? 

BOOKING.COM customer care doing great as they are not even acknowledging  my mails and messages. How to draw their attentions.

1. We dont use cusotmer care we use BdC Partner Support., CS is for guests only.

 

2. if you have already paid and also sent the dispute then you just have to wait for it to update.

 

3 or send them a message reminding of it all in a summary form.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’

  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
