Advance Payment for reservation and phone number of guest.


My hotel name is Midway Restaurants & Guest House - 7828977.

I have 2 questions.

1 - What are the criteria and process for advance payment options for my Hotel. 

2- for most of the reservation, the phone numbers of guest is not showing. So there is no way to contact the customer and confirm if they are coming. The last 4 of the reservation only 2 arrived but because I don't want any bad reviews I am blocking my rooms for reserved and facing loss.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
