We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Advice please - how and when do you view credit card details (I am a new paartner)

I have written for advice through the extranet but so far no reply so thought I'd use the partners forum. When a guest provides card details to booking.com (I'm not on the managed service) - when should I view the credit card details and how do you do this - is it when they book or on the day of check-in? There is currently writing in red saying I'm not authorised to view the details but they have been supplied to booking.com - so I'm a bit confused as to whether I will be able to view them. Thanks

If booking.com have allowed you to use their portal then you should be allowed to view card details.
