Agoda.com discount on my booking.com page

Booking.com publish our properties to their third party websites, and we have no control over it thats understandable. But recently I noticed that Agoda.com is offering huge discount on their website on my property, which is causing confusion since guests are claiming that discount right at my property and I have no access to delete those discounts from my booking.com because these are being offered by third party.

Contact Partner Support to clarify and potentially fix, let us know how it goes, and if any solution.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
