All rooms sold out even calendar still open?

Hello everyone,

We are facing a severe problem with booking.com and i never believe a big site like this can have a technical problem like this. All of our rooms on most of the date have been sold out even though the calendar is still working and the problem seems to take forever to be sorted out. We mainly sell the room on booking.com and normally we receive around 10-20 booking a day from the site. Now it has been few days we dont have any reservations and this is extremely dangerous situation as we will lost all our revenue. They said there is a bug on the system (that might hide all of our rooms). We are so desperate at this momemt and don't know how much money it has cost our property and whether booking will be responsible for this. Now we have waited few days for their response and don't know if there is anyone has faced this problem before. We appreciate your time and help.

Looks like a computer problem. it may be good to ask technical computer help to have a look.

It could be something small like a refresh needed?

Do you have a laptop to add to your equipment? Good to have as a backup.

You could ask friends to see how the sight looks on their computer?

Ask help as soon as possible and also contact BDC to see what they advise you.

Thank you so much. As i observe all people cannot book our room due to the SOLD OUT even we still have rooms to sell, the system has been worked well for the last 2 years. We are just too depedent on booking.com and we can never image they will have this sort of problem. Thank you for your time and response :)
