another no show and cannot contact BC either
Once again customer did not turn up and does not respond to messages or phone call invalid. How do I proceed ? I cannot contact booking.com as it just re-routes me all over the place. Straight answers required !!!!
Can I take a partial deposit and balance on arrival ?
Booking.com seems to provide nothing like the support I would expect and require. They used to but now I cannot even get somebody on the phone.
